刘东晖，女，1981年11月出生，博士，副教授，博士生导师。主要研究方向为农药残留分析、农产品安全及有机污染物环境行为。

教学工作：承担本科生仪器分析、综合化学实验、农产品安全与毒物分析及研究生农产品安全与农药残留分析、有机污染物环境化学等教学工作；获北京市教育教学成果二等奖、中国农业大学第九届教学基本功大赛二等奖。

科研工作：在相关研究领域发表SCI收录论文40余篇；获教育部自然科学二等奖1项、北京市科学技术二等奖1项、北京市科学技术三等奖1项、中国植物保护学会科学技术二等奖1项；入选北京高等学校“青年英才计划”；主持国家自然科学基金项目1项、高等学校博士学科点专项科研基金1项、北京市项目1项、农业部项目多项、基本业务费及校内启动基金项目多项。
