研究方向及兴趣:

1.研究金属和有机小分子催化的环加成及环化反应,特别是基于1,3-偶极子的高效、高选择性环加成反应,发展高效的选择性合成方法,并利用手性金属催化剂和手性有机小分子催化剂发展高效和高选择性的不对称合成新方法,研究这些方法在杂环分子及复杂生物活性分子合成中的应用。

2.合成具有重要生物活性的杂环化合物及天然产物,用于杀虫剂、除草剂、杀菌剂及植物生长调节剂等的研究,开展新农药创制工作。

3.研究农药的创新合成工艺。

 

研究及教学工作简介:

以新农药创制和农药绿色合成为导向,以构建多样性杂环小分子库为目标,研究基于两性离子的环加成及环化反应和多样性导向合成,发展高选择性、经济、高效的合成杂环化合物的方法学,构建具有骨架结构多样性、官能团多样性、立体化学多样性的杂环化合物库,开展生物活性研究。已在J. Am. Chem. Soc.、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、ACS Catal.、Chem. Sci.、Chem. Rev.等刊物上发表论文 120 余篇,授权5项中国发明专利。研究成果被Synfact、Organic Chemistry Portal 和 《有机化学》 等作为亮点评述。近5年被他引2000余次,先后有7篇论文入选ESI“高被引论文”,1篇论文入选ESI“热点论文”,单篇最高他引160 余次。

长期主讲本科生课程《有机化学B》,已培养10余名研究生,其中多人次获得国家奖学金,三人次的论文被评为中国农业大学校级优秀硕士或博士学位论文。多次获得本科生“百篇优秀毕业论文(设计)”和“国家大学生创新性实验计划”项目优秀指导教师奖,所培养本科生六人次获得校级优秀毕业论文。
